Yesterday’s Manchester United V Liverpool game was meant to be a game expected to attract high number of viewers due to the clubs being heavyweight teams however the match couldn’t go as planned due to protest from United’s fans
The fans gathered outside the stadium in their hundreds to continue their Glazer out protests and somehow found a way to get into the stadium. Manchester United have seen then denied any of their staffs had an involvement in the fans entering the stadium. The match was delayed but was later postponed as safety concerns was cited as the reason for the postponement.
Despite no match being on, viewers still tuned in to watch Sky pundits discuss the postponed match and this had more views than two premier league matches on the same day.
