In the 2-0 Europa league encounter last month between Rangers and Slavia Prague, Kudela was said have racially abused Glenn Kamara. Kudela denied the accusations as he said he swore but didn’t utter any racial statements.
He was then banned for one game as UEFA wanted to fully investigate the situation.
The player missed the first leg encounter between Slavia Prague and Arsenal and he is set to miss 9 more European games. Rangers have since the match claimed that their players have been racially abused online and the club met with Facebook and Instagram on how racism can be stopped on the social media platforms.
