PrettyLittleThing denies claims fleas arrived in customer packages

PrettyLittleThing has denied allegations their warehouse is infested with bugs, after customers complained about finding ‘fleas’ in their packages.
Two users posted TikToks showing what appeared to be fleas in sealed bags from PLT.
One video, from Arya Anderson, was captioned: ‘All I was offered was the same order for free…. after fleas…. in my orders.’
Another, posted by a TikTokker only identified as Saf, showed similar insects in a package that appeared to be from PLT.
The retailer has released a statement denying the claims.
A spokesperson from PrettyLittleThing told Metro.co.uk: ‘As soon as recent “bugs in packages” allegations came to light we immediately launched an investigation.
‘This included an inspection by a 3rd party pest control review of our warehouse, we can confirm that we have found no evidence to support the claims being made.
‘We are extremely proud of our warehouse and the teams who maintain them and we hope that the information provided has addressed the concerns that have been raised.’
