Lady walking free after maltreating her 7-yr-old house help with pestle, broom and a metal hanger.

A 7-year-old girl, identified as Ifebuche Okoro, is currently receiving medical help after her mistress, Mrs. Uchenna, allegedly inflicted injuries on her during her one-month stay with her.

According to a source, the victim was taken by her aunt to live with Uchenna, since her parents are divorced and her mother can’t afford to train her while her dad doesn’t give a hoot about her.

“ Mrs. Uchenna hit ifebuche severally on her face with broom which made her eyes swell. She went further to hit the victim’s hand with a pestle. She flogged Ifebuche using a metal hanger and wire resulting in marks all over her body,” he said.

Ifebuche narrated to the doctor that her mistress allegedly poured boiling water on her resulting in the burns injury on her back. She claims that she was deprived of food and water ever since she’s been living with her.

As at the time of filing this report, Mrs. Uchenna hasn’t been arrested while the victim has been handed over to a NGO.
