On Saturday, Freddie Ljungberg announced that he is leaving his role as Arsenal assistant coach to pursue a role in management.
The former Gunners winger returned to the club in 2018 after two seasons as assistant manager of Wolfsburg.
He wrote on his Twitter saying :
I wish Mikel and all the team every success for the season ahead. Thanks also to the fans for their constant support and for always being by my side. I hope we will all meet again soon. pic.twitter.com/tM91kRkDZc
