Barcelona is going back into lockdown with millions of people told to stay in their homes after a massive spike in Coronavirus Cases.
Around Five Million People in the capital and 12 municapilities in its metropolitan area have been encouraged to follow the advice.
The Lockdown is currently not compulsory so those caught outside without a good reason won’t be punished like before.
